  • Unless stated otherwise, parts are intended for standard OEM-spec vehicles used on public roads. Performance/aftermarket parts may affect warranty, emissions, or road legality—check local laws.

5.2 Installation & Servicing

  • If you choose Motorist installation/servicing, you authorize our technicians to perform the work requested.

  • Service/installation charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for failures caused by improper use, rider abuse, third-party installation, or underlying vehicle issues.

  • Electrical/electronic components that have been connected/installed are not returnable, except where required by law or if defective upon arrival per our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order (including orders placed under the same account, card, billing and/or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail and/or billing details provided. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
