Thanks for shopping with Motorist. We work to deliver your bike parts and accessories quickly, securely, and with full transparency.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM: processed next business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM: processed on the following business day.

  • No processing on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Orders with paint/finishes, oversized guards, or special-order items may need an extra 1–2 business days.

🚚 Shipping Charges (Weight-Based, within India)

Charges are calculated at checkout based on final package weight & destination.

Note: Cash on Delivery (where available) may include an additional ₹50 COD fee. Oversized items (e.g., crash guards, panniers) follow volumetric weight per courier rules.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote/ODA areas: 5–9 business days

These are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or festive peaks. Multiple-item orders may ship in more than one parcel.

🛠️ Orders with Installation/Servicing

If you book installation or servicing with us, our team will contact you to schedule a slot. Shipping for parts may be directed to our workshop/partner hub for fitment where applicable.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. Live updates are provided by our courier partner(s). Tracking may take up to 12–24 hrs to activate after dispatch.

✏️ Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • Need to edit your address? Email us before dispatch; changes aren’t guaranteed after handover to the courier.

  • Couriers typically make 2–3 attempts. Missed/failed deliveries may be returned to origin (RTO).

🧭 Undelivered or Returned Orders (RTO)

If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply. We’ll contact you before re-dispatch.
Orders unclaimed within 5 days of return may be cancelled. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping, COD fees, and RTO charges actually incurred.

📦 Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Parcels

Please inspect the package at delivery. If it appears tampered/damaged or an item is missing:

  1. Ask the courier to note it on the delivery sheet or refuse delivery if severely damaged.

  2. Email us within 48 hours with order number + unboxing photos/videos: support@motoriststore.com.
    Claims raised after this window may not be eligible due to courier reporting timelines. Approved cases follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

🚫 Service Limitations

  • We currently ship across India. For international requests, please email us before ordering.

  • Couriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes or certain restricted zones; we’ll contact you if that affects your order.
